Though they may take no time to fix, no one wants to move into a construction project. It is simply a hassle that they want to avoid. This is why you should have an inspector come in and see what needs to be fixed before you even put the home on the market. Yes, this may cost you some out of pocket, however, it will save you a few headaches when it comes time to show the houses and buyers refusing to purchase for the reasons that the inspector will catch.
Price is going to be the biggest issue that you as the seller are going to come across. The real estate agent that you are working with should be able to give you an average price of what you should aim to receive. However, this does not guarantee that it will get sold at this price. The market is currently one that is friendly to the buyers, therefore, you should be prepared to be offered much less than the asking price and may have to eventually deal with getting a lower price, especially if you are in a hurry to sell.
